I want to cancel my contract from Israel

I have just moved to Israel fom the UK and I did not have a chance to cancel my EE contract before leaving. Now that I'm here, I cannot make calls or use skype. How can I cancel my contract from abroad without calling? I am cancelling as I need to get a local sim.

I have been with EE for over 10 years and I'm extremely disappointed that it seems to be virtually impossible to cancel my contract from abroad. Please offer a quick and easy solution to this problem as soon as possible.

If, for whatever reason, you're not able to call EE to give your disconnection notice, the alternative option is to write a letter. There is no online cancellation facility.
