      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’ve just ungraded to a new sim deal &amp;amp; I’ve kept my old phone, I’m on a new plan on my account but I had a new sim card come today with a different number,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;not sure if I need to put in the new sim card which is a different number or keep the same one in&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Taking the "upgrade" terminology out of the equation for a moment, a change from one pay-monthly (handset-based) plan onto another SIM-only plan is just that. It doesn't, of itself, create any need for a new SIM unless there's a problem with your existing SIM and you need a new one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you've received a new SIM with a new number, it's possible that you've inadvertently taken out an additional line rather than "upgrading" your existing one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be able to check this using your myEE online account as already suggested.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
