I've renewed my contact with EE with another phone but I've just had a message about my contact and about carrying on with it, will this change automatically?

Hi @Janelouise_94

Welcome to the EE community

I presume, that you've recently upgraded your phone and taken a new 2year plan with it - and am asking when your plan is active from?

You can check your current plan by logging into your myEE online account/app, it may well be active already.

Apologies if this is not your query.

There's no such thing as renewing an EE contract. They just carry on after the min. term if you don't do anything else. Do you mean you carried out an EE upgrade with a contract for a new phone? If so, the new contract will replace the old when your new phone is dispatched.
