Same with their personal plans. Guess they are already happy with their market share and want to concentrate on getting the most profit from their plans with little included as standard. But signal is everything and EE know this and they have a reputation for having a strong 4G signal so sometimes you have to bite the bullet and pay extra to get a decent signal / customer service. If you look at a certain other business competitor to EE at the moment.. they are giving you quite a few added extras free as standard BUT many will say their signal is nowhere near as good as EE.

What kind of plan are you looking for?

Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team to see what options are available?

Thanks 🙂
