My missus upgraded to a different phone from a Huawei p20 pro to an oppo a72 and didn't realise about the subscription

I noticed a charge of £2.49 coming out of our account quite a few times and researched who it was and found out it was for my missus old huawei, I believe its for cloud storage but unable to cancel through our phones and we don't have a computer/laptop to sort it. I also tried ringing huawei and they said they were unable to cancel any subscriptions due to data protection

Was it yourself or your partner who rang Huawei?

For security reasons they would want to speak with whomever name the subscription is under.
