Billing dates for contract add-ons

Hi all,

I've just purchased an add-on for my monthly phone contract. Does anyone know whether add-ons are charged at the same time as your monthly phone contract? So say my phone contract bill usually goes out on 1st of the month, will the cost of any add-ons go out alongside that on the 1st of each month?

Welcome to the EE community

All of your plans and add-ons go onto your same monthly bill which will be produced on the same date each month as it has been.

Your payment date can change from month-to-month, but the bill cycle date - which sets the direct debit payment process into action - will always be the same.
