      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I have recently redeemed a discount code for 30% off my contract as i am an Openreach employee. When i have attempted to upgrade as i am an existing EE customer, the "add a gift voucher" part doesn't let me add my code.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I called EE directly and the sales person tried to manually add it but continuously told me its not "Valid" but that just can't be the case as i only generated the discount code today.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The code is not generated through EE Perks but Employee-discounts.ee.co.uk. Does appear you need to be on the BT VPN to access this. Please help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
