How long for previous plan to activate after returning upgrade?

Hello,

I have just returned a phone after upgrading and it has been received by EE this morning.

How long does it take for this to be processed and my contract to be returned to my previous contract so I can change to a SIM Only?

@Daulby90 You’ll need to give it a few days, it should be done by Thursday.

This depends on how busy the team are who handle these things, but it's usually sorted within 14 days.
