If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is there any way that I can stop the package and resume it when I come back to the UK?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I use the different SIM card and different phone number (in different country and not using the package from EE), will the package fee (20pounds) still be paid? (if do, how can I stop it?)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if there any other way that I can contact EE instead of phone call?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could cancel your contract as I described and at the same time ask for it to be mo to PAYG in order to keep your number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Until and unless you cancel your contract as described you are committed to paying the fee every month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"&gt;Once you are in the last 45 days of your contract you can:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"&gt;1. Agree a new contract and get a new phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"&gt;2. Upgrade to a SIM-only contract, this means you don't get a new phone but you do agree a new deal.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"&gt;Once you are in the last 30 days of your contract you can choose a cancellation:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"&gt;1. Cancel the contract, ask for your PAC &amp;amp; port your no. to another network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"&gt;2. Upgrade to a SIM-only contract, this means you don’t get a new phone but you do agree a new deal.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"&gt;4. Walk away entirely and lose your number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"&gt;You will receive a final bill which is a summary of anything you owe or are owed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
