&lt;P&gt;There is some information on how EE uses your credit file on &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/billing-usage-and-top-up/paying-my-bill/credit-files-explained" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this EE help page&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You might want to obtain a copy of your credit file from the major agencies such as Experian &amp;amp; Equifax. It is the information in those files that EE uses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
