I have received a friends and family code from a family member but when I go to use it online whatever deal I try to use it on it says it is not eligible for that deal and I haven’t tried on multiple different deals and it’s the same message that comes up I can’t seem to find the terms and conditions for the code but the message I received for the EE code it says it can be used on any new or upgrade plans which I am due for any help would be appreciated

Hi I am on a 200gb sim only plan and looking to get the galaxy fold 3 the 100gb plan for £75 with trade in

I can't see a reason why you wouldn't be able to do this, unless the plan is already discounted.

It may be worth speaking to our upgrades team on 150. They'll be able to take your code and try to apply it from their side.

I’ve already spoken to them and they’ve been no help they said they can’t deal with it as the code can only be used on the website I spoke to someone on chat and he said he didn’t know and said he can’t deal with it because it’s website only

The code can be used online, through our telesales team and in-store, @Fayyazp12.

Do you live near an EE store? It may be worth booking an appointment so they can check this for you.

I've looked into this further through our internal intranet and found that the code does indeed have to be used through EE.co.uk. I'm sorry that information I gave earlier in the thread wasn't correct.

Are you connected to a VPN when trying this? Our discount team say that this can sometimes affect using the codes.

That’s where I put the code on first the online team said it worked on their side but I tried it and it doesn’t seem to work

Galaxy z fold 3 essential plan 100gb £75 a month I’ve tried the code on other deals and devices still the same issue

Only with trade in but I have tried it with the offers that don’t include trade in and still have the same issue
