There are no discounts for loyalty. Goes for most industries these days.

I have been with EE since the very beginning. Originally I was with Orange so this makes me a customer of EE for nearly 10 years continuously without causing any issues and paying my phone bill on time every time.

I'm due for an upgrade in November 2021 what discounts could I expect for being a customer for this long?

Do I get to be in the special pile?

Hi @Boycie011

The standard advice in this scenario is to first login to your myEE and see what upgrade offers are available to you.

If you find an offer from another provder that appeals to you, then call EE C/S on 150 and see what they'll offer you instead.

You then have the choice of which offer to accept.
