I need to see my bill/call log from October 2019 is this possible?

@Woko72 Unless you had itemised billing for this period and that’s not possible.

Your only option is to request your SAR ( subject access request ) EE have 30 days to give you all the information that they hold on you this includes all phone numbers that you were called since you’ve been a customer.

whilst you will not be billed for the SAR EE could bill you for the admin work involved.

Phone CS for a copy of an old bill @ £2.55 each.

@XRaySpeX I think you’ll find that they actually what the call log not what was paid for the bill. But I suppose a reply is still a reply and it all counts. 🤔

@Chris_B : I dunno what OP really wants. He hasn't actually said. Until he does neither of us will find out. The use of '/' in English to mean 'and/or' is often ambiguous and therefore best avoided.
