Good afternoon

Looking at an upgrade, a few questions first tho. at the moment i get unlimited MB, un texts and un minutes. loyalty monthly saving which i would like to keep. I was looking at the 3 smart benefits, being BT ultimate and roaming. the apple music is on another phone and is that possilbe to use the apple music on that phone, its under my account with you ? i have tried to phone but very busy and so is the online chat. Do you think this is something that could be done ? And i hope all this makes sense ?

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you upgrade your number, this won't affect the benefits on the other contract on your account unless the plan is changed for that number as well.

You can view available plans and phones in your My EE account for your upgrade 🙂
