&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;The &amp;nbsp;warranty was for the original contract and device and while you carried on using that contract even after the minimum term period. &amp;nbsp; By upgrading even to a sim only your no longer on the original contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
