Galaxy watch trade in £200

The page for the new galaxy watch 4 says get up to £200 trade in - but I can't seem to select this when going through the check out process. I have a galaxy watch active2 to trade in

How can I add the trade in value to my order or find out details for how this works and how much my active2 will get me?

If you don't see the options online then the best thing to do is have a chat with our upgrades team, they should be able to get this all sorted for you.

Hi am the same it won't let me, its sending the Tex to my watch number on ESim, which is a phantom, it should be going to my mobile, then phone up guy says am not eligible, but have a note 20 ultra Samsung watch fromm EE, and av got broadband with EE, just to fling that in, some1 help..

Hi, he says I never got watch from EE, but I did I have invoice, and I'm due a upgrade, no fees as it says it in my EE account.

But when go to get upgrade, it's my watch number which is ESim, as you know when I get texs on watch its my mobile, number, watch is lte. Regards

@P7DDY It's strange that the agent would think you don't have a watch with us, how long have you had it and did you get it direct from us on contract?
