Upgrade phone but keep plan

Hi All

I have the upgrade option showing but there does not seem any way to upgrade just to a new phone but keep my plan.

I also work for NHS so get discount so need to roll this in as well.

Live chat does not seem to be working and i would rather not talk on the phone as prefer everything discussed to be documented.

Welcome to the EE community

When you upgrade a phone through EE, you choose a new plan to go with it - you can't keep your existing plan.

As part of the checkout process, there should be an option to insert discount codes - which you must do at the time, and cannot add retrospectively.
