      <title>Website won't load to upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my lines says that I can get a standard upgrade, so when I click to upgrade it brings me to the My Shop page. I then click on the tab that should show me the list of phones, but the My Shop page just reloads. I have tried this on the laptop as well and have the same result. Does anyone know why or experienced this themselves?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This happens when I am logged in, when I'm not logged in it will let me choose but I'm worried that if I checkout it will come through as an additional line.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
