Extra charges

There is nothing more infuriating to receive your monthly bill which is larger than you expect.

I chatted to Ee a couple of months ago about £13.00 approx extra and now this month nearly three pounds for 'picture messages.'

Somehow I think Ee should make it clearer on one's account the things that are not included in the plan.

It's all a bit mystifying and really too late once a monthly bill is received.

To the average client a lot of hidden charges mean nothing.

@Oldmerv Your contract if you read states you get unlimited calls/texts and the set allowance of data thats included with your tariff. There is no mention of MMS/pictures message and there is no mention of premium rate numbers as these are all chargeable.

click THIS and fill it out. You’ll get back what’s included with your tariff. If it’s not there isn’t not included.
