&lt;P&gt;If you're having problems changing your payment plan online, you can do so by calling EE C/S on 150 from your mobile and speaking to an agent.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Explain to them that you want to change your payment plan to a SIM-only, and the plan will probably be active during the same call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm due a standard upgrade today and when trying to change to a SIM only plan, despite clicking on the correct links, the site is only directing me to phone upgrade contracts only. When I click SIM only, there are no options available to me, other than to add a new sim to my contract. I don't want to upgrade my phone, I just want to change my contract to SIM only. Can you please help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lisa&lt;/P&gt;</description>
