Thank you for your answer. Is it possible to make a standard cancellation request within paying penalty? I only use this plan for a couple of days?

Hello,

I applied to switch from Vodafone to EE today but I realised that there are cheaper sim only plan options on online for EE (Also with student discount). How can I cancel my plan and switch these plans? My number will be moved by Tuesday, I use temporarily number from EE at the moment. So I still have time to do it, I guess.

Thank you.

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

Oh, now you tell me! You can't cancel without paying off the rest of the contract term.
