&lt;P&gt;There is no access to individual customer accounts on this forum, so you will need to speak to EE C/S to resolve this. You can contact them on 150 from any EE mobile, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I’m being charged after I’ve cancelled my contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I notified EE in May to cancel my contract effective 27th June and now I’m still being charged on 3aug for a service contract I no longer have. I’d like an immediate refund pease&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
