Hi not sure if this is the correct place to do this but I wanted to pass feedback on for Dadhyank from the upgrades live chat. I was initially connected quickly and from the getgo this person wanted to help me & I felt really valued as a customer. Throughout the engagement they went above and beyond & were a point of contact via email (I thought this was great outside of chat). I think this person deserves recognition for doing a stellar job & keeping me a loyal customer for another 2 years. I think their managers are Saurabh Sahni and subhashish Dey someone please pass this on to get this person some recognition!
