Firstly by means of terminology, you don't have a monthly renewal as an ongoing contract with a minimum term.

That said, guidance on how to cancel an EE pay-monthly mobile account is on this EE help page

In short, you need to call EE C/S (on 150 from your mobile) and advise an agent that you want to give your 30days disconnection notice.
