I'm sad to hear this has happened to you. If those debits were taken by Direct Debit, you may have a chance at getting your bank to review whether you genuinely and properly signed up for those charges.

I'm late to this thread, but the OP mentioned in their first post that these charges on have been on their EE bill since 2016.

The Direct Debit guarantee has very little to do with this, aside from it being the method of paying EE's monthly bills.

I have just realised that PM Connect which promotes iFitness as a scam has been taking £3 per week on my EE bill since 2016, so they now need to refund me over £750. No consent, no contract, no T&C ,no service, what is going on at EE?

I have complained to EE, PM Connect in Birmingham and the PSA and awaiting results until I go to the small claims court.

Hi @Killerwhale12 ,

I'm sad to hear this has happened to you. It would probably be best to seek advice from your bank in the first instance. Good luck! 🤓
