I'm sorry to hear you were given incorrect information about using your watch. To be able to use it away from your phone, it needs an active plan for its eSIM.

been with EE over 10 years, finnaly after getting so ,many products with ive seen the company for there true colours. i have been given miss information for staff for about a year, it gets sorted then i get another issue which becomes me complaining and getting nothing back. ive had phones an ipad and a watch from EE, if any public had any sence they would leave EE as i plan as the company dont care about its users only the profit and money they get

Could you explain some of the issues you've had?

Perhaps other community members may be able to offer advice if you explain what's happened.

That's right @Gallengerah

When your watch plan was cancelled, the eSIM would have been disconnected from the network, leaving nothing to gift the data to.

I'm very sorry if this wasn't made clear.
