Been with ee 15 years due an upgrade this month friends have had offers on newer i phones and plans i have had nothing is it because i have nhs discount on my plan

The NHS discount won't affect your upgrade offers.

How have your friends been receiving offers? Are they already in their upgrade period?

Have you had a look at the available plans in our online shop?

Yes they where in there upgrade area there contract ran out end of June they said they had offers all that month with better deals than online eventually they got free no cost upgrade to iPhone 11 from 7 unlimited everything and 1 smart for 43 pound a month she has been with EE for 11 years
