Upgrade plan whilst overseas with eSIM

Hi,

I would like to upgrade before roaming is removed July 7th (the wife is Lithuanian)

I am in Lithuania at the moment. I will not be back in the UK before July 7th (not until the quarantine rules are canceled)

I have a Pixel 4a with eSIM.

I would like to upgrade to a 24 month / unlimited plan.

I have put everything in the basket but it is saying "EE Multi SIM" and asking me where I would like this to be sent.

I don't want a physical SIM. I want to keep my eSIM so that I can have another SIM in the slot.

Can I do this? How do I do this?

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if there is anything that can be done about this.
