Hi chris

Thank you for replying.

I have called EE this morning & was told different.

I was told there was a £50 deposit on there which EE use to take but now they don’t so that’s been sorted. But then the £110 is my next bill?

I thought when I upgraded the early upgrade fee covered this. I thought My next bill would be generated 4 weeks after upgrading not 7 days after?

I just don’t understand how it can show £101 in credit on Friday then I get I bill owing £160, well £110?

So I paid £211.11 to up grade early (£50 for the phone included)

I checked my EE Friday & it said I was in credit by £101. I’ve just checked again & it’s saying my next bill due to be paid by the 5th July is nearly £160.

WHY? If I had known this I would never have upgraded!

Hi @Rachaelleanne

Welcome to the community.

The payment you made for the handset/upgrade fee will stay in credit on your account until your bill is produced (when the charge is applied).

Hope that makes sense. If you're worried at all, speak to our Mobile Care team who have access to your account and will check it for you.
