Im looking to the "how do I download historic bills?" I don't want to incur the charge for obvious reasons. I see that I can do this for up to 24 months but I have no idea how this is achieved. Simple question IMHO.

If you don't pay for itemized billing, you won't have the facility.

Im a newbie to this...and need to access some bills within the 24 month cut off - I don't need the itemisation thank goodness!

I've moved your post into a new thread, so we can direct replies at your specific query.

When you login to your myEE online account, there should be an option for viewing your current bill/invoice - and a subsequent option for viewing historic ones. Are you not seeing this?

I've got a business account, so the options differ subtly.
