I upgraded to a new iPhone recently and my EE app is showing my old iPhone, any idea how to change that or if it will change on its own? Have seen others asks this question in the community and seems everyone is told the same “it will change soon” or “try using data not Wi-Fi”

Guessing this is a problem that has never been resolved?

Hi David and thanks for the answer. It just seems odd this won’t update given I’ve had the phone now for a couple of months.

as long as it doesn’t affect anything it’s fine then I guess.
