      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to upgrade my phone&amp;nbsp; online&amp;nbsp; so I log onto the ee app on android (tried 2 different devices)when I click on upgrade it says taking you to online shop then says page unavailable try thes links ie shop etc but they won't let me view upgrade deals online&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same on PC but if I log out of ee and go incognito in the browser it let's me see the shop but as soon as I log in it says page not available this is so frustrating are ee trying to force me to talk to an operator and not letting me upgrade onlne&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried all that, why are there questions dating back years about this try searching on line and in this community&amp;nbsp; there's loads of people had this problem and funnily enough the answer is always to call 150 and you'll get a better deal, it's obviously deliberate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
