Cant find a store

I am trying to upgrade my phone I'm doing fine until I want to click on collect from closest store cause all it does it this -picture below- or if picture doesn't load it just have the loading circle with searching please wait

I've tried it on my desktop I've tried it on my phone on 2 different browsers and I get the same thing every time.

Am I having a moment or does it just not work properly

Hi @aya-kun

If you call customer services on 150 a upgrade advisor will be able to process your upgrade for you and arrange for it to be delivered to your local EE store 🙂

Thank you for replying, only thing is that can I use my nhs discount if I call them? I though I read can only use it online or instore

No sadly it is still doing the same thing, phone I was looking think is now out of stock

Might have to try ringing if I can't get it to work
