Android EE app not working

Hi,

The MyEE app on my Android phone has stopped working.

It passes the fingerprint test, then displays a screen saying there is a problem and asking me to try later.

What is the issue?

What happened?

Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later.

Is there a problem with MyEE?

The app is also not working - and hasn't been for me since the weekend.

Update:

I did technical support chat - after seeing a link on another post with a similar issue.

The issue was that I had 2 old (and expired) PAYG numbers as well as my may monthly number on the same MyEE account - the technical support person was able to remove them from my MyEE account, and login and the app now work.

Issue solved!

Hi my app is not working, having the same issues, upgraded my sim to 5g, spoke too technical support all week and they are unable to sort out .

If you uninstall the app completely from your phone then reinstall either from Google or ios this would work. It is what I did in the same circumstance and I am now up and running again.

EE app doesn't load at all Redmi note 9. Website doesn't load unless I turn off wifi.
