I have been with EE for over 10 years and am feeling very let down!!

i’m having the same problem i can’t find the chat option and i need to change my plan asap!

Hi @barnetman and @gemmanj,

You can chat with Customer Care online at ee.co.uk/contact-ee. After selecting the options relating to your query, you'll see a 'Start conversation' button in the 'Message us' section.
