    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my device and plan in May of this year, but when visiting the app and/or website it is still showing my previous device as active.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I traded in that device (iPhone 11 Pro) for my new device (iPhone 12 Pro Max) as I say in May of this year. Ergo I no longer have the device it is listing as active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I have this changed/updated?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/372475"&gt;@Wiggy1985&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you open the my EE app using cellular data it normally updates from that. &amp;nbsp;It might take around 24h to update. &amp;nbsp; The device shown on your account comes from the device being used. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If your plan isn’t correct you need to call customer services about that the device used isn’t the tariff/plan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
