How do check my account balance on the ee website.

Pay monthly they said i had paid too much so they credited my account just wanted to know how to check this on website

Any credit may not show until your next months bill, this will show in your My EE account online, then Bills and Payments 🙂

You can also text BALANCE to 150 for information.

Has this been refunded back to your bank or going to be credited on your next months bill and be taken from the balance?

Are you able to log into your My EE account? You should be able to check your balance there.

Or text BALANCE to 150.
