&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;Broadband Care team&lt;/A&gt; so they can try and give you access to your account or send you a copy of the bill.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>cant add broadband to my online account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been with EE broadband for approx 12 months and have never been able to access my broadband account online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i set up an EE account online account, but it is asking me to add services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to add&amp;nbsp; my broadband&amp;nbsp; account to this (i have never been issued with an account number), and after entering all my personal details, i get told i will be texted an access code, i never receive this code (i have checked my personal details and my phone number is correct). I tried to add broadband by using my bank details, but apparently my bank details are incorrect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have since closed my broadband account, and have received an unexpected final bill, so want to check what it is for.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
