Neither the APP or the Website have been working properly for over a week. I have not been able to view my charges at all and get the same error message every time.

There are lots of complaints about this in the past few days but nobody has posted a valid response. Does nobody review the complaints on the App Store?

I have asked the Twitter team 3 times and shown the screen shot and been totally ignored.

Tried to phone as well today and after over 10 mins waiting for the call to be answered I gave up.

It might be good to reply to your customers, fix the problems and at least put something on the APP or your website to acknowledge you have issues!

It is on both. I don't appear to be able to upload screen shots on here.

App says: Sorry, we're unable to show all the information you want right now. Try closing the app and coming back a bit later.

Website says: Sorry, we're having trouble showing this right now.

This has been like it for over a week. I have removed and reinstalled the app but it's clear from all the other users that this is much more widespread.

I also suggest you take a look at the app reviews as there are lots of complaints for this issue.

And why is the Twitter team ignoring messages they're getting about it too?
