watermark on PDF download

Does anybody know how to remove a background watermark that appears when I download a PDF of my mobile phone bill.? It doesn't appear on the original on the web site only the download which I need to print for VAT purposes.

This is what the watermark says:-

HELLO
Here's your EE Mobile invoice for October. You'll
find your VAT breakdown on page 5

The problem is that it partially obscures the heading details on the bill and appears when I click the print button

Hi @tbcstuart

Try opening/converting the pdf in Word and remove the watermark if it's not already removed.

Thanks - that fix worked but what a FAF.!!!
Just because EE can't get the programming right to enable a clean download
which can then be used for the company accounts.
I only wanted page 1 and 6 which I can obviously select at the print stage
but why can't EE recognise that as a small business we just need a simple
VAT invoice - if I wanted all the other sheets I can see them online - not
going to waste the energy and paper printing unwanted stuff.
