Just had a message from 150 thanking me for taken out bt sport app with EE ,the problem is i have not.

@bytor Does this show on your EE account? You need to look in add ons.

Hi Katie yes i have not long changed my plan and i do have smart benefits but have not activated any.

Hello, my wife and I both got the text and the BT Sport app is a fixed add-on that neither of us want. I hope we will not incur charges for something we don't want.
