&lt;P&gt;It's weird that the device has changed back to your old phone. It's purely cosmetic though. It won't affect your plan or usage at all.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Wrong device showing in MyEE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Back in April I updated my iPhone 6s Plus to an iPhone 11 and this was reflected in the device type shown in MyEE. However, I have noticed that the device type now showing in MyEE against my number has reverted back to my previous iPhone 6s Plus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get this error corrected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll contact that team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whilst it may only be cosmetic in the MyEE context, my concern is that the error may be as a result of incorrect data held somewhere else in your systems. If so, that may also impact other systems where the error may not just be cosmetic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
