online upgrade checkout not working

i have been trying to upgrade my phone for three days now , everytime i put the secure pin in to verify and click next then click agree to ts & cs then next it is constantly spinning and does not go to next page , i have tried different browsers cleared all history files and also tried the app but nothing gets me best this stage , trying to get a new phone ordered as my other is not charging and have to use the online shop as i have a friends and family discount , seriously of thinking of going to another network as this is stupid when i take to someone they cant match my discount code i have but why should i lose out because the website clearly not working properly
