    <description>&lt;P&gt;The MyEE app is down and has been for over a week. I spent 3 hours over two nights speaking with an agent, who wasn't even aware the app was down until I asked for the matter to be escalated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was later told the IT team were working on a fix and it should be back up by Wed 20th Oct. I won't hold my breath....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Worst communication I have ever known from EE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>myEE app not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Won't let me access my account. Gets to finger print, then says no access after looking like going to open. Have been in to app settings and cleared cache. Gone on for days now. Any suggestions pls?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
