IPHONE 13 PRO MAX WITH F&F DISCOUNT

I am a new customer who is moving from Tesco to EE. I have been provided a F&F discount code but cant seem to find the option which allows me to put this voucher code in so i can get discount off of my contract. Does anyone know where i can find this box?

I am a new customer looking to take out a contract NOT upgrade 🙂

Thanks for coming to the community.

You need to add this in the discount drop down when you reach check out.

Has your plan already been discounted? Friends and Family can't be used with any other offers.

Hi Katie,

I have reached checkout but still cannot seem to find the dropdown for discount. Any chance you can provide me a screenshot please? as i want to join EE right away 🙂 & no other discount has been added. All i am looking to apply is F&F thats all.

Hi @ZR94.

The drop down should read 'Got a gift voucher?'

This can be found at the bottom of the benefits page which is the first step at check out.
