If contract Is this other device been taken out in your name so it’s on your account or is it in someone else’s name ?

You can add another number under the manage products section of your My EE account.

Welcome to the community.

Do you already have a My EE Account set up for both pay as you go numbers?

If so, the best way to do this would be to contact our Customer Care team who can access your account.
