&lt;P&gt;You're correct, the answer is to speak to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt;. It sounds like your old My EE account will have to be removed so that you can register again from scratch.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Hopefully it should be pretty straight forward.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just switched back to ee after a number of years away. New sim works fine, old number transfered fine, but I can't log in to my account on the website ( I get the message '&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later' ) and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;the app says my account is closed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm guessing the answer is to call customer services, but was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions will be welcomed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
