    <description>&lt;P&gt;This happens to me also.&amp;nbsp; how about rather than just getting people to ring you, accept that it's a fault with the website, and get someone to fix it?&amp;nbsp; just a thought you know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Trying to upgrade but can't - error message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to upgrade for the last few days, but it keeps saying:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="text-bold"&gt;"SORRY!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHILE TRYING TO DISPLAY THE PAGE "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've cleared the cache and cookies, and have tried other ways of getting to the same phone (Galaxy S21) to upgrade to it.... but it just won't let me!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I've used Edge and Chrome, and also via my phone. Same every time! So frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll call them if I have to, but I don't like talking to sales people at all...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
