&lt;P&gt;If you have moved from pay monthly to pay as you go, your My EE account may need reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you get in touch with our Pay as you go Care team on 150, they will get this sorted for you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>My EE app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just this morning switched to contract from payg but when I go to the EE app it asks me to add my number!       <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c &amp;amp; then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. &amp;amp; email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
