Checkout page routes to "Sorry ..site under maintenance"

I have been trying for days to complete a transaction to buy a mobile broadband package using both my mobile and laptop. It seems all good (add to cart, select plan, check my info). However, when I get to the checkout part, it resolves to a page that says "Sorry, site under maintenance" (the URL is shop.ee.co.uk/auth/checkout/payment)

Just to sanity check, I tried with other plans/combinations and got the same message.

Anyone have this issue/Know a resolution?
